Amazing performance to Kingz Gambit As I watched their performance on their Friday July 1, 2011 and emerged as the winner and secondly on their winning performance on Saturday July 2, 2011 Kapamilya Showtime weekly final. Even they performed twice and consecutively but the impact of their performance can never be in doubt for a winning and was so amazing. As one of the judge Rap Fernandez said "I've only seen that blazing performance only on you Kingz Gambit and no other than any I've ever seen here on showtime!" as he then voted up for eviction of judge on showtime kapamilya. Another thing is that the stunts of these dancers were perfect and the moves were synchronized and unique. Congrats to you guys " Kingz Gambit " !

CHESS - is a board game over two players aiming for a checkmate on opponent's king. For any Pinoy will think at best in chess. A simple definition I had given about chess, because chess is everything. Why I made this blog about chess is that I want to inspire our fellow Filipino - Pinoy people to play chess seriously with fun and learning process. I would impart what chess can do to our fellow pinoy and to our children for their study curriculum.

What's the benefits of chess? Why play chess? These are the questions we're going to talk about. In a survey and based on factual idea, chess can be played between young and old, old and young, young and young, old and old, or any ages and professional level as long as he can play. Chess does not discriminate races, position, degree, and to us pinoy. It can be played through internet online, or through basic equipments - the 64 squares board and the 36 chess pieces (kings, queens, bishops, knights, rooks, and pawns) black and white. Chess gathers multiple of your friends by way of fun and teaching them. Chess is everything for us pinoy.

Chess benefits in all areas - education, technology, science, phsycology, and in any other aspects of study. In other country like Russia, Ukraine, Poland, etc, children from these countries have opportunity to study chess, they have chess as their basic subject of study - curriculum. Because chess helps the child to develop his/her mind  by memorization, analytical, logical, abstract reasoning, psychological, mental concentration, right decision, and even improve child's IQ (Intelligent Quotient).

And how about to our pinoy children? Only few of them knows the basic of chess, an average age in our Philippines that fellow Filipino person plays chess is about 12 - 16 years old. Few knows to play chess at the age of 5 to 11 and all others from 16 - up. And some may not even know how to play chess, what they only know is naming the chess pieces which was the knight is to be named as horse. Forgive me for pointing out that things. Chess benefits everything in our mind, just look at the picture how chess improves in any areas.

Because of these, we have some Pinoy great  chess grandmasters, international masters, and national masters, and unrecognized pinoy chess genius. These titles are recognized as international title  by FIDE. They are GM Wesley SO (Top Pinoy GM), GM Antonio Rogelio (2nd Top Pinoy GM), GM Eugenio Torre ( Asia's first grandmaster), and many more Pinoy chessmasters, they were not fighting only for themselves but fighting for the Philippine country that made us pinoy pride just recently got second spot on ASEAN chess game next to CHINA.Till now, they improve a lot better, keep on searching something new, something unique, something a very solid moves, in opening, middle game, and end games - they are the pinoy chess genius; that made us to be proud for what they have achieve right now in chess. And it's not impossible to raise a number of pinoy chess grandmasters in our country Philippines if we unite and helping each other as a pinoy chess players of the incoming generation. MABUHAY to Pinoy great chess players!

Chessboxing - I wonder how come a total action sport which is BOXING combines with a full mind game which is  CHESS will be introduced to our fellow pinoy sports enthusiast. The two events will be combined as one sport so called chessboxing. When I imagine that sport, it sounds that it will not be possible at all time but after I read some resources from the internet, I agreed it does exist, popularized, and an event to other country which amuses all the boxing fanatic and chess fanatic all over the world.

For all of us fellow Filipino aka Pinoy, not be surprising that boxing is the number one pinoy sports in our country Philippines, concepts are Pinoy boxing enthusiast would go for boxing rather than that being educated in schools and one of the top pinoy boxers the likes of Manny Pacquiao - the best pound for pound boxing king, Nonito Donaire - The Flash currently top 3 in Ring Magazine, rising star Rey "boom-boom" Bautista at Pinoy Pride, AJ "bazooka" Banal, Jason Pagara, and many more contingent pinoy boxers. But most of them didn't finish a highest degree of education, they preferred being a professional boxer than to be a degree holder professional - because that's their way to uplift life and their country, in their interviews and that's fact to be fame and sustain their financial growth - that's all about boxing career.

Edging to pinoy chess mind, here we are excel to the top level  where the likes of GM Wesley So, 17 year old chess grand master and the country's top chess player and belong to top 100 all over the world - and that boy is our country's pride in chess battle. The likes of GM Antonio Rogelio - the country's secod top chess player, GM Eugenio Torre - The Asia's first chess grandmaster ever happen to our country. And many rising GM's including GM Oliver Barbosa, Richard Bitoon, Kim Steven Yap, and many more aspiring pinoy chess masters. These are the excellent Pinoy for battle of the mind.

Is this would be possible for pinoy  to excel both in one action? Probably yes, and maybe not, because it depends on the drive of the individual enthusiasm, If he will go for the two, or to remain from the usual one. I do promise that these would be the most exciting sport to be exist here in our country. Can you imagine to win via technical knockout or checkmate? A round one would be boxing, and next round is chess?Would it be in your mind out of the frequency? Not relating to marathon - running, swimming, biking, any combination. This is unique sport to be happened, from body action to mind action or from mind action to body action, it tests both body toughness and mind toughness - and that would determine a true warrior in both body and mind. Physical and mental training are required in this sport, both chess and boxing fanatics would gather here. And it's all about the sports being love and put into, giving you some resources and reality show - Pinoy Thinks.
